Your Homeowner Association Board is comprised of your neighbors who work for the common good of preserving or improving the quality of common ground living in the neighborhood. Board members are homeowners that volunteer to meet and work to protect the best interests of all neighbors.

Homeowner Frequently Asked Questions

The annual dues are $300 (with a two payment option this year). Fees are due by March 31st (with the second half due August 31st if you choose two payment).

Please make your checks payable to ‘Estates of London Bridge HOA’ and mailed to: The Estates of London Bridge, PO Box 158, Kelton, PA 19346.

You may download all forms in the ARC Documents section of the website. It may take up to 60 days to receive a reply.

You may submit any ARC requests to arc@elondonbridge.org.

You are required to have your septic system once every two years.

Keep a copy of your receipt for your records. If a copy is needed, we will ask all homeowners to forward a copy at that time. The New London Township requires our HOA to submit an annual schedule indicating the status of the pumping of all septic systems in the development upon request.

There is a $25.00 fee to process the 5407 Resale Certification Form.  There is a one-time Capital Contribution fee of $250.00 to be paid by the buyer at settlement.  The request form can be found on the Documents page of this website.

A copy of the Declarations/By-Laws was signed by you and given to you at the time of your purchase of your home. You may also download a copy on the Documents page of this website.
